I found a great deal on a phone that was almost brand new and returned by the purchaser after opening the box. Since EE refused to unlock it for 3 months I decided for the first time (and feeling dubious) to use an on-line unlocking service. When I saw that there were several different codes supplied with wording indicating that the first attempt might not work I was midly concerned.
BUT - the very first code unlocked the phone and so I have a mint condition, brand new phone for £150 less than I could have paid.
DELIGHTED with this service.

These guys really are professionals. First of all they searched various databases to try and find my phone and unlock code. This turned up nothing. Then they told me, "Don't worry, we will get you sorted". They then helped me through a software unlock with the USB cable. It was really easy and I now have a working phone again! My phone only started asking for codes after a repair. There was no extra charge when they could not find my phone on the unlock databases and they made it really easy to use the alternative solution. At all times they kept in touch with me using their messaging system and email. So, no fly-by-night company here - they are the real deal!

Vodafone refused to unlock my phone so I searched online and found unlock-network. I filled out the order and within an hour, I had the code and the phone was unlocked. I'm now with BT on the EE network. If you're unsure about ordering, don't be. it works fine :)
