I was not really expecting to get the the codes sent back the same day as it was out of working hours.
I received the email with the codes I needed just after two hours had passed. The Customer help set up is also gets you a rapid reply should you run into any difficulty.

I just paid for codes through these guys, after another online company supplied me with dud codes, and then never returned any of my messages (I'm trying to claim my money back through the credit card - fingers crossed!). I was obviously skeptical after that result but took the chance. I received my codes within 2 days, but the instructions are extremely complicated in my opinion, and didn't seem to work again. I sent a message to the support team, who responded within a day telling me what to do with very simple instructions. Hey Presto; it worked! I now have a working phone again.
Instructions could be more user friendly, but got what I paid for with no major hassle. Definitely recommend

Waited about 2 days and happy to get code. Instructions were complicated. Code work but sim deactivated. Had to call MetroPCS to reactivate sim and add new phones IMEI number to my account. Then called customer service at Metro to guide me on programming new APN to get internet to work. Everything went well. I recommend this site for accurate unlock codes.

First I was hesitate...but I said to myself why don't give a try so I ended up buying unlocked code for my low tech phone, then as per my order it will takes 1-2 hours only to receive the code, but after passing almost 1 day I don't receive yet the code, when I'm trying to visit the website it say's they are under maintenance. Therefore I got so nervous I'm feel I scammed. Then the next day when I open my email I was surprise that I already received the code...then I ended myself reading the procedures on how to unlock my phone...then after following some few steps...THAT IT....LASTLY I GOT IT...I UNLOCKED my phone
