Got my x10i code in less than 24 hours. I first unbranded my phone because it is locked to Docomo (Japan) and the unlock code prompt does not appear when inserting a non-docomo sim card.

Blown away by the service i got. I just got my Vodafone UK locked BB 9800 today, sent in the MEP code via the support forum and ordered via IMEI and within 20 minutes the code was there and my phone unlocked. I will never look at another unlock company again, 6 star service!
