I did receive the unlock code within a reasonable time and the code was verified by T-Mobile as being the correct code to unlock my phone. Unfortunate, when I put the code in the phone it will not unlock the sim. I have confirmed that the code was correct and the instructions were followed precise. I am not sure why my phone will not unlock. I currently have a query in to the techs and will let you know the outcome.

Althought I had to wait for a week for my unlock code my email about the delivery status was promptly answered.
On receiving the unlock code, I followed the simple instructions and I'm now very happy with my fully unlocked phone.

Fantastic service! I got the unlock code in just over half an hour, followed the very clear instructions on the website and my htc desire is now unlocked. I totally recommend this website. It is a bit more pricey than many other sites, but having previously tried one of the other cheaper ones and lost my money, I thought I'd give this one a go, hoping, it being more expensive, that it would be genuine and it is! It is still also cheaper and quicker than the high street shops that might do it. Very pleased!:-)

Took nearly 3 days but was correct code. Mislead with 24 hours claim on website
