Code was sent very fast. I had to flash an old HTC standard from for it to unlock my Hero from Orange, but then re-flashed Villainrom. All working well now.

Helpdesk: PUK code is asked after too many attempts entering wrong PIN code of your SIM card. You should ask your service provider about this PUK code, or just request a new SIM card.

Very fast only took half hour and my fone was unlocked from a three sim to vodafone great work and many thanks so if any one is undecided which I was a start I recommend this site
