Refund 1 unlock of at&t , not another but i m waiting and give them 4 stars

Tried to unlock my iPhone 4, but they can't do this. I've received 100% refund back to my card. This is 100% best service and you can trust them!

Code work FINE The first time I put it in.

I am very pleased with this srvice. I made a mistake andthought I could not enter the code but as I said it was my mistake. Now everything is working. I recommend this service. It is great!!! I give them 5 stars

Not very happy at all. I have no experience with unlocking phones, and the instructions sent were not at ALL complete. There was no instruction for format of the code sent in the way of #PW+CODE+1# It might seem simple to someone who is familiar with entering code, but certainly wasn't simple to me having no knowledge of it whatever before ordering.

I was only sent the numbers with mention of PW+ etc at the bottom of the page only explaining how to enter these on the keypad... NOT that I had to enter them around my code numbers for my phone model! This could have caused my phone to be hard-locked as I WAS following the instructions given which essentially were WRONG. I only found out the correct way by looking elsewhere on the internet. When I first wrote to explain that the code didn't work, I was answered with what I had to do to get a refund. Not the best customer service considering the instructions were wrong!

I have now unlocked my phone (thank goodness!) only by searching elsewhere. I give two stars only because the numbers themselves were correct, but the numbers don't do much good without proper instructions on how to enter the code with all of the characters needed.

Not really what I expected. Please update your instruction sheet sent with the codes. You could easily avoid having many more unhappy customers.

I LOVE YOU GUYS!! i was told that it wasnt possible to unlock it without fighting "stealmobile". I also thought that it would take longer for you guys to contact me back with the code ( you mentioned 1-2 hours ) WIZARDS!!! After only 36 minutes i had the mail. YOU ROCK!!
