Great Service! Would Purchase Again A+++!

Thank you Unlock Network I was very nervous as I am sure most people are. It took me some time to figure out how to unlock it once I got the code I watched a few videos which showed some difference. I was over thinking the whole process it is really very simple and your instructions are easy and to the point.

I will use you again and recommend you to my friends.

Great and fast service, recommend to anyone who is planning to unlock the phone. Customer service is great, not mansion cleanest and easiest website that I ever used. Whoever designed this site is a genius! This is my third Lumia 640 phone unlocked here, you can't go wrong for $29 plus unlock fee. Same phone in Europe cost over $140, great gift for my lovely cousins. :-) Thanks.

I have received the code within 24hrs but there was a problem my young brother didn't follow the correct procedure and code didn't work i emailed the help desk and they confirmed to me that was the correct code from the same factory where phone was made.
we tried again and it worked
i am now using my phone abroad

Code ordered worked! However, make sure right key entry screen shows up to enter 15 digit code to unlock network. Note: my version of Lumia 640LTE has Windows 10. ** after SIM card from non AT&T based carrier is to get correct Network SIM entry screen ignore network unlock screen - it will only allow 9 digits and you can't see the numbers on it your typing. Get to phone Dialer put in ##7820#. Right after that new screen comes up with an image of lock & sim card illustration - that is the correct screen. On that screen you can put in the 15 digit code from UNLOCK-NETWORK! After that the code ordered should unlock SIM from network lock. Reboot Microsoft Lumia 640LTE (win10.) As I had to find that phone dialer code on the internet to get to correct screen; I am subtracting one star on my rating.

Ordered the code at 9am , started to get worried by 4pm. Recieved the code and tried mutiple methods still didnt work, BUT i searched that it could be the sim im trying. Put that sim in ,straight away received the "welcome texts" from that provider. So now i know my phone was unlocked from a long time ago, as before hand i was putting in a faulty sim card.
Anyways , veryyyyy happy with the service. Did recieve same day! Would recommend to anyone.
And if in case its not working with one sim try a different sim too, it may be the first sim is faulty!!!!!!!

2nd time I have used this service. Great as always. Super quick too. Thank you and definitely will be using again and passing onto friends.
