Wow! Got my code within just a few hours, and with your fairly accurate instructions, I was able to unlock and use my ATT SIM on the first try! I even have EDGE as well, and it seems to be just as fast as my Sprint EVDO AirCard.

If I ever need anything unlocked again, I now know where to go!

Amazing! i called tmobile to get the code for the dash, and they gave me the runaround and then told me that i needed to be a active customer so i wasn't sure this would work, but i got the code the same day for a low price and now im laughing at tmobile. thanks guys!

Was a bit nervous but willing to give it a try. submitted everything, followed instructions, they sent the code in about 3 hours, all went smoothly.
Tip: for Vodafone UK: apn:internet, user:web, password:web. thats all you need.
