At first i thought this was a joke. Got the email followed the instructions which i must say were very simple. There were 3 codes that were given to my verizon blackberry tour the 3rd code worked. I was a bit suspicious of this at first but I paid my cash and two days later they sent me the code which worked. This was after I had been into several shops who told me they couldn't do it.
